Patcharakan (Mai) Vongprasert is a fashion stylist from the London College of Fashion. She thrives on an experimental approach to all her creative work, while capturing current and future trends in an innovative way. Mai has developed a personal interest in the representations of gender roles in fashion. She is especially inspired by androgynous representations that challenge our cultural ideals, and how contemporary fashions are embracing this movement. Mai's styling takes on many influences, as she is inspired by diverse cultural experiences. Her stylings reference classic and vintage looks from both Eastern and Western cultures, as well as contemporary and futuristic fashions. With a brand of bespoke jewellery to her name, accessories often play a crucial role in Mai's styling for completing a look. Having originally graduated with a BA in Fashion Design, Mai has a keen eye for clothes design and customisation. Her styles often incorporate customised elements to enhance the look.
