The Matadors of Abstraction is an 2014 autumn and winter collection that focuses on James Rosenquistâs masterpiece F-111 by highlighting the painting, the artistâs history and Spanish historical and modern architecture (Enric Miralles) in relation to the current socioeconomic climate in Spain. The collection puts emphasis on the minimal and masculine whilst at the same time concentrating on the creation of vibrant colours and textures.
